The Mespil Hotel features two boardroom style meeting rooms, The Wilton and The Kavanagh.
The Wilton, located on the ground floor, is perfect for small boardroom meetings and has a maximum capacity of 12 people.
The Kavanagh Boardroom is located on the first floor and offers an abundance of natural light and views of the Grand Canal, with a maximum capacity of 16 people.
Both rooms are fully air conditioned and boast modern business facilities with good natural light, complete with unlimited complimentary 1 GB high-speed Wi-Fi access and optional catering services for business customers. With 1 GB high-speed Wi-Fi, our meeting rooms are fully equipped to ensure any online interactions run smoothly.

Please Note; That parking at the Mespil Hotel is limited & complimentary car parking is only available for hotel residents. The car park is operated on a first come, first served basis. The Mespil Hotel does not guarantee car parking, if the car park is full on-street parking is available in the area (pay and display).
If you are attending a meeting at the Mespil Hotel and are not a hotel resident, we are unable to provide parking facilities.
Business Centre
Located on the 4th floor, the Mespil Business Centre provides a quiet workspace outside of your bedroom.
With two computers, desk space and orthopedic work chairs it's perfect for going through emails and other online tasks.
A comfortable lounge chair & daily newspapers are also present for a quick break!
Access to the Business Centre requires a 4-digit code which you can enquire about at reception.
